We had a wonderful party for Sunshine and it was important to me that he write Thank You cards to his friends and family to show appreciation of everyone’s kindness. With each card complete, he was able to open a birthday present.
To facilitate the process, I compiled a list of everyone’s address and addressed them for him (that took mommy a few days to do!). Sunshine was given a set of cards and stamps which I put in a little box (going forward this is his mailing station where he can pull the supplies to write cards to his friends and family). He was in charge of writing his name and for placing a stamp on each envelope. The card writing took a week and half to complete. After, he was done, he had fun sending it out via Buddy, our mailman.

We use these metal buckets to hold Sunshine's work supplies. Crayons, pencils, brushes, paints, hole punch, scissors, tape, glue, etc. He is able to easily access the supplies to create anything he wants including writing letters.
